IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

• You will need to wear all black clothing for tech and the performance dates - YOU MAY BE ONSTAGE!​​

  • Black long-sleeve shirt or sweatshirt with no logo or writing o Black jeans or pants with no stripe or other details

  • Black socks

  • Black shoes with quiet soles (all black if possible)

  • Black face mask

• Booth crew should have blacks as well, in the event you have to go onstage to fix something!

​

• You will be expected to follow all COVID safety protocols during rehearsal and performances. If you are feeling ill, or think you have a possible exposure to the virus, please contact Grace (SM) so we can make alternate plans.

• The times listed above are the times you will need to start your duties- plan to arrive early so you can put away your stuff and be ready to go.

​

• Sign in as soon as you arrive.

​

• There is no food or drink backstage or in the theatre except for water in a spill tight container.

​

• Report any problems or potential problems to the ASMs or the SM (Grace Happe).

​

• If for any reason you are expecting to be late you need to call one of the Assistant Stage Managers (Anna Halvorsen / Angela Stadler)

 

We expect the show to run approximately 1.5 hours

On tech rehearsal evenings, you should be done around 10:00 pm
